Level Two - Oncall Onsite Home and Business Assistance (OOHBA)

Description:

• Technical support: 40 hrs.
• Yearly Fee: $ 1,200.00
• Advanced PC Service - Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Oncall consultation Technical support for software, hardware and personal computer.
• Onsite cleaning & repair Business - Service office and computer equipment. Home - Service residential computer equipment.

Billing You will be billed for parts only throughout this contract. Travel time is included in the contract (Toronto GTAonly). A minimum fee of $ 600.00 has to be paid before contract initiation. The remaining $ 600.00 will be billed in six months. Work performed after 5:00 p.m. or over 36 hours will be billed the minimum rate plus $0.25/km travel time.
